in addition to the job specs listed below, you will sit in on meeting with staff and clients to get a better understanding of the companies needs towards its employees and its client base. This requires a professional look as we as an overall approach. Due to the speaking role, we would prefer candidates whose home language would be English or Afrikaans

Job Description

We have a vacancy for Administrative Clerks to be appointed on a fixed-term contract to ensure accuracy and timeous capturing of batches and value-adding support to the respective region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to external and internal clients
  • Database administration and ensure timeous capturing on the information system
  • Document and administrative control according to standards
  • Management of queries
  • Timeous recording of information on Navision
  • Ensuring adherence to internal business processes, procedures and policies
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Reception / Switchboard

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Certificates in computer training would be advantageous
  • Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and social skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
