One of London’s premier Wedding & Banqueting venues is looking to hire an ambitious customer services professional who loves talking to clients and is committed to doing what it takes to meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a Customer services / Appointment Maker to join our Remote Working team.
Working with a small close knit team, you will be contacting potential customers by telephone from warm leads generated from our website.
You must have at least 3 years experience in Customer Services, Telemarketing or Appointment Making.
Applicants must have: –
Exceptional phone manner.
Polite, well spoken and relatable.
Experience in dealing directly with customers.
Understand the importance of quality.
Interest in Weddings & Event planning
Ability to make 15-20 calls per hour
The aim of the role is to fully understand the clients requirements, collect important information from them about their event and then make appointments for the client to connect with our MD.
If your appointments convert into sales, there is a 400 rand bonus per conversion.
