The Call Centre Clerk is the point of contact for clients and other departments regarding booking requirements and are responsible to ensure that all vehicles dispatched are done so in accordance with company procedures and client specifications.
2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (What is required to perform the Essential Duties?)
2.1. Working experience of 3 years minimum relevant to the post and professionalism
2.2. Working night shift until 10:00 pm
2.3 Working on a weekend
2.4. Have own, reliable transport.
2.5. Basic Computer Skills – essential ( MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Pastel)
2.6. Customer service of business and administration, certificate or qualification
3. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Booking, confirming and coordinating the clients
3.2. Assessing passenger and luggage needs
3.3. Answering the customers’ inquiries and making sure to improve the customers’ services
3.4. Entering the correct data of the clients into spreadsheets
3.5. Reviewing the reservations/ availability
3.6. Answering the company’s phone calls, distributing the mail, and other administrative tasks
3.7. Processing and filing the paperwork
3.8. Doing any other work as requested by the superiors and supervisors.
3.9. Conduct Daily Tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
3.10. Stay informed of market related/ competitive pricing
3.11. Maintain efficient administrative systems within the office environment to contribute to the smooth running of the service.
