Office management

  • Ensure general neatness and hygiene in the office.
  • Works with HR to assist in the coordination and effective implementation of on-boarding of new employees.
  • Oversee the ordering of company supplies and materials (printer paper, office stationery, refreshments, monthly groceries).
  • Manage the maintenance and repairs of the business.

Events / Catering Internal & external events

  • Assist Business Manager, Brand Manager & Wealth Management Executive in running of events in the regions
  • Plan, coordinate and assist in the placement of conference calls, book boardrooms, arrange drinks and lunch for visitors/clients, and room set-up, and other logistics.
  • Conferencing (internal and external) & events e.g. venue co-ordination, invites, accommodation, transport arrangements, liaise with service provider, itinerary, travel)

Coordination of gifting & deliveries

  • Assist & support the process around Company Corporate Gifts (ensure standard across all regions, prepared and ensure efficiency in the delivery to respective staff, clients and suppliers).
  • Updating of client base on Salesforce (i.e. name and surname, address, dietary requirements, birthdates, religion).
  • Maintain and manage supplier contact list.
  • Coordinate with Brand Manager around gifts for clients (birthdays).
  • Manage logistics around the delivery of the gifts (local and international).
  • Courier Management for delivery of gifts, documents etc
