Front desk medical receptionist in a busy, vibrant full time specialist orthopaedic practice.
minimum 5 yrs experience in the medical secretarial environment.
Must have matric qualification and be proficient in English and Afrikaans. Additional Xhosa proficiency an advantage.
Must be professional, presentable and have experience in dealing with medical patient queries. Good communications skills and telephone etiquette essential.
Comprehensive computer literacy essential. Must be comfortable with Google Drive, Mircosoft Office. Typing skills and good grammar very advantageous as are dictation transcription skills.
Elixir experience very beneficial. Working knowledge of switching software essential. Training will be provided if required.
Successful applicant will form part of a team providing world class specialist orthopaedic services to local and international patients in the Cape Town metropole. Receptionist will work in a practice with an open workspace within an association of orthopaedic specialists. Ability to interact on a professional and collegial level with other secretaries essential.
Must be able to travel without restrictions to and from CT foreshore and have a driver’s licence.
