WEST MED MEDICAL & DENTAL – MAJIK FORESTQualified Dental Chair Assistant
West Med Medical & Dental Practice, based at Majik Forest Shopping Centre, Bellville, is seeking a Qualified Dental Chair Assistant to join our busy and patient-focused practice.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for dental treatments and procedures
- Retrieve and update patient dental records
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing instruments, materials, and equipment
- Operate suction and related devices to maintain a clear working field
- Prepare and maintain tray setups for dental procedures
- Sterilise and disinfect instruments and equipment according to protocol
- Prepare materials for dental impressions and restorative procedures
- Manage stock control and ordering of dental supplies
- Assist with X-ray administration, audits, recalls, and related administration
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and professional clinical environment
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Dental Assisting
- HPCSA registration is essential
- Matric and/or relevant dental assisting qualification
- Minimum 1 year dental chair assistant experience (advantageous)
- Willingness to work 1–2 Saturdays per month
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Pay: R12 000,00 – R16 000,00 per month
