Job Title: Store Manager

Job Purpose
The Store Manager at The Balloon Stop is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the high-quality standards of our balloon designs and retail experience. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, a passion for creativity, and the ability to manage staff, stock, and customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Store Management
- Managing and Motivating team
- Keeping track of stock and ordering
- Daily cash up and balances
- Maintenance of current website
- Dealing with queries, complaints and feedback
- Maintaining current accounting system and financial records
- Overseeing pricing and stock control
- Dealing with customer quotations
Minimum Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Prior store manager or customer service experience is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R14 500,00 – R18 000,00 per month
