We are an innovative and growing company looking for an Admin Assistant to think outside the box and be an asset to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Balancing and Reconciliation: Ensure corporate accounts are balanced and reconciled accurately, maintaining financial integrity.

Invoice Processing: Manage and process invoices for the sales team to facilitate timely payments and maintain cash flow.

Order Packing: Efficiently pack orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Operational Oversight: Oversee daily processes and support business functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible for stakeholders.

Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, to facilitate effective communication within the organization.

Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain an orderly workspace.

Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written communication, able to convey information clearly and professionally.

Attention to Detail: Careful in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and tools for data management and communication.
