The position of Administration Clerk is to render administrative support to the Support Service department.

Duties:

  • General office administration in terms of bookkeeping, filing, and photocopying
  • Providing assistance and support to clients, personnel, management and supervisors.
  • Process statistical data, audit reports, etc
  • Stock control
  • Render administrative support to various sub-components within the Support Service department.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • Appropriate administrative experience
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) in at least 2 of the official languages
  • Computer literate
  • Administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
  • Interpersonal and organisational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R14,500 – R17,000 per month
