The position of Administration Clerk is to render administrative support to the Support Service department.
Duties:
- General office administration in terms of bookkeeping, filing, and photocopying
- Providing assistance and support to clients, personnel, management and supervisors.
- Process statistical data, audit reports, etc
- Stock control
- Render administrative support to various sub-components within the Support Service department.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Appropriate administrative experience
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) in at least 2 of the official languages
- Computer literate
- Administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure
- Interpersonal and organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: R14,500 – R17,000 per month
