We are currently seeking Experienced Outbound Sales Consultants to join our ever expanding dynamic & driven sales team.

This challenging position requires someone who has excellent communication skills and brilliant closing techniques. Ensuring that both our client and company needs are exceeded. Someone who is confident & well spoken with a minimum of 2 years previous experience in the call center outbound sales environment is essential.

Salary: R7000 Basic + Weekly Commission & Performance Incentives.

Agents are required to facilitate, assist, and ensure we attain performance levels required to turn our campaigns into successes. All client applications are processed electronically and via the phone.

We expect consultants to handle high volumes so you must have energy, enthusiasm and able to WORK under pressure. This is an outbound call center position & we are looking for SUPERSTARS!

Requirements:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, bright eyed and bushy tailed.
• Excellent professional business English (oral and written).
• Reasonably computer literate.
• Reliable transport to & from work.
• Driven & Sales Orientated.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Candidates must have matric.
• Candidates must have a clear ITC and criminal records.
• Candidates must have good, contactable referees

Desired Qualities:

• Extroverted, friendly, confident, and driven personality to actively meet set sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of call center systems and operational regulations.
