A well established Financial Call Centre is looking for Customer Service Agents to be part of their dynamic Inbound Customer Service Call Centre Team.
- Grade 12 is essential
- One to Two years most recent customer service call centre experience
- Good communications skills
- Passionate about Customer Service.
- Ability to think creatively & innovatively within area of accountability
- Technical & functional knowledge of customer database management systems
- Typing Speed: +-25 wpm
- Target driven
- Must be computer literate
- Must have clear ITC and Criminal checks
