Golden Home Care is a growing skills placement specialist in the Healthcare sector with operations in South Africa and the United Kingdom. You will be part of a small, energetic team that advertises, recruits and onboards Health Care Assistants and Care Workers in the United Kingdom.

The Role

You will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager with walking new staff members through the onboarding, probation and continued HR process of the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with new staff to ensure all paperwork is kept up to date.
  • Identify areas with gaps in HR records and assist with fixing them.
  • Effectively use company systems to manage the HR life cycle of each staff member.
  • Liaise with 3rd parties as and when required to ensure effective compliance.
  • Assist the HR Manager with Ad Hoc administrative tasks as and when required.

Employment Type

This is a temporary 6 month position, which will be reviewed to hopefully becoming a permanent role in the company.

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Salary: R45.00 – R85.00 per hour

Education:

  • Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)
