Know the different meat temperatures. BLEU, RARE, MR, MED, MW & WELL DONE.
Section needs to stay clean at all times.
Flexible working hours & you should be able to work on all the busy public holidays. Example: Christmas, New Years Eve….
Must report & follow all the working instructions given by the chefs.
Must stay in Gugulethu, Khayalethu8 or Nyanga. (Staff Transport available)

Salary: R4,500.00 – R5,500.00 per month

No Mask No Entry, Guest & Staff Sign in registers & Temperature checks, All the staff must present their vaccination status/ certificate, All the Tables are sanitized before & after each service. Sanitizer stations all over the restaurant.
