We are seeking the services of a Front Desk Administrator that fits the below criteria best.

The Ideal Candidate will, serve visitors/clients by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor/client’s arrival; maintain telecommunication channels by answering calls; making photocopies; distributing mail; signing for packages and general office upkeep.

  • Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Deal with clients’ requests
  • Direct visitors to appropriate person and office
  • Complete procedures when clients arrive and leave
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary

stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)

  • Provide basic information to clients
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
  • Ensure that couriers are booked
  • Create invoices and ensure payment
  • Ensure the suppliers are paid on time
  • Updating the sales consultants commission structure daily
  • Ensure continuous updates regarding couriers
  • Provide daily reports regarding the consultant’s feedbacks on clients
  • Adhere to request from line managers, managers, and directors

  • Matric Certificate
  • Proven Administrative Experience Record
  • Administration Certificate/Training
