Requirements

  • 3 – 5 Years” experience working as a Personal Assistant / Office Manager
  • Proven office management, administrative and support experience
  • Knowledge of standard office management administrative practices and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Conversant with the general IT applications used in offices/companies Microsoft Office etc. which includes preparing reports, presentations and communications, internal and external.
  • Understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping practices.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minute taking skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail is a must as well as strong organisational skills.
