Looking for an enthusiastic, creative, quick learner with a passion for social media and a love of writing

The focus will be on the development and delivery of the content, digital marketing strategies, the daily monitoring and management of our social media channels:
– Facebook
– Twitter
– Instagram
– LinkedIn
– YouTube

In addition will also involve updating website content as well as assisting with other marketing administrative duties.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily community management and monitoring of various social media platforms
  • Respond to comments and requests on various social media platforms
  • Daily posting, monitoring, and content generation across all the relevant social platforms
  • Provide strategic insights on all social media platforms
  • Monthly reports that highlight activity, results, and trends on our social media platforms
  • Drive innovative content creation that promotes audience interaction and drives engagement, traffic, and bookings from social media
  • Put together monthly and annual content plans for all our social platforms by liaising with creative within the business
  • Ensure all copy is consistent and in line with the brand guidelines
  • Keep up to date with social media trends
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content to better connect with our audiences
  • Using timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary
  • Analyzing KPIs such as engagement and growth in social media base
  • Assisting the team in ensuring only up-to-date content is reflected on the website
  • Sourcing and editing relevant images and videos for our website

Skills and Experience:

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in writing clear, persuasive, original, highly creative and imaginative copy for social media
  • Must understand and keep up to date with the latest design and creative trends
  • Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
  • Strong working knowledge of social media and management tools
  • Experience measuring and analysing social media performance
  • At least 1 year working experience in social media field


  • Understanding of WordPress
  • Qualification in business or marketing
  • Able to work in Photoshop
