We’re looking to fill a role in an exciting growing team based in Cape Town for a Staffing Administrator. If you are an admin wonderkid and can spin a few plates at the same time then you would be a perfect fit for the position. Oh, did we mention extremely organised and pays close attention to detail. You will be responsible for the following:

Deal with all matters at reception and answering of all incoming calls.
Have an excellent telephone manner, being presentable, fun and professional.
Deal with all clients entering the reception courteously, efficiently and timeously.
Screen all incoming calls accurately and direct calls to the relevant staff or help the person calling to the best of your ability.
Take accurate messages and make sure they get delivered to the right person.
Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy at all times.
Receive, sign and log for all deliveries coming into the office and inform the relevant staff.
Assist with quoting clients and follow ups.
Assist with design work when needed.
Stationery management.
Client care and assistance.

*Previous experience in the bartending industry not imperative, but would be an advantage. You will be trained in the role on all of these aspects.
Sourcing new bartenders and baristas year-round.
Evaluating new bartenders with cocktail and theory skills.
Briefing all bartenders on events.
Sourcing Flagship Training candidates and booking Flagship Training with the trainers and students.
Receiving summaries of events for the week and constructing staffing briefs per week.
Allocating available bartenders to events based on skill level and event specifications.
Ensuring bartender and client satisfaction.
Filling out staff booking sheet.
Uniform management, this will include Inventory checks of all staff uniforms.
Update the staff details google sheet when necessary.
Deal with payment queries relating to staffing as they arise efficiently.
Replace bartenders as needs be.
Staff last minute events.
Recon events that do not have a manager assigned.
Effectively resolve staff complaints and queries.
Supervising at all larger events when needed, in order to sign them in, ensure their uniform is correct and deal with issues as they arise.
Ensuring barmen sign forms adhering to conduct.

Must have own transport and be based in Cape Town. This is not a work-from-home position.
