We are seeking a world-class Content Creator to join our internal operations. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a high-trust environment as a Social Media Manager. You will support our brand’s mission of professional growth and success, acting as a lead Marketing visionary for our community to shape the public face of a 19-year-old industry leader.
Daily Responsibilities:

Visual Storytelling: Create engaging graphics and short-form videos that represent the brand, incorporating Graphic Designer level aesthetics.

Copywriting: Draft compelling captions and blog posts as a Digital Marketing expert to engage both candidates and corporate clients.

Social Media Management: Schedule and post daily content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to maintain an active Social Media presence.

Trend Monitoring: Identify digital trends in the recruitment space and adapt them to our brand voice using Marketing insights.

Community Engagement: Monitor comments and messages with a professional tone, acting as a virtual Receptionist for our online community.

Creatively Driven: You have an eye for design and a talent for writing Digital Marketing copy that drives high click-through rates.
