Daily Responsibilities:

Multimedia Production: Conceptualize and produce high-impact Social Media assets, focusing on short-form video and visual storytelling.

Strategic Marketing: Coordinate with leadership to execute an aggressive Marketing calendar across all major digital platforms.

Post-Production Excellence: Utilize advanced Video Editor tools to ensure all visual content meets our 100% “world-class” quality standard.

On-Site Vision: Act as a remote-first Videographer, coordinating or capturing high-quality footage that aligns with the Career Start brand identity.

Content Optimization: Monitor trending topics and platform algorithms to ensure our Content Creator output achieves maximum virality and engagement.
Requirements:

Proven Portfolio: A strong body of work demonstrating your skills as a Content Creator, specifically within the professional development or tech sectors.

Technical Mastery: High proficiency in industry-standard Video Editor software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut) and Videographer equipment.

Remote Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage a full-time, high-volume production schedule independently in a UK Remote setup.

Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of Social Media metrics and how to adapt Marketing content for different audience segments.
