Your Role:

  • Template Management: Respond to daily emails and chats using our established brand templates.

  • Inquiry Logging: Record every interaction in our system to ensure we maintain a 100% response rate.

  • Basic Guidance: Help users find information on our website or guide them through the application process.

  • Quality Control: Proofread all outgoing messages to ensure they meet our professional standards.

  • Information Prep: Compile and send out digital brochures or info packs to interested candidates.

  • Team Updates: Share common feedback from users with the team to help us improve our services.

Who You Are:
