Daily Responsibilities: Respond to daily emails and chats using established brand templates to ensure consistent communication.

  • Inquiry Logging: Accurately record every user interaction in our internal tracking system to maintain a 100% response rate.

  • User Guidance: Assist users in navigating our career training platform and provide step-by-step guidance through the application process.

  • Quality Control: Proofread all outgoing messages and documentation to ensure they meet our professional corporate standards.

  • Information Prep: Compile and distribute digital brochures and information packs to interested candidates and clients.

  • Team Updates: Collate and share common user feedback with leadership to help improve our service delivery and training tools.

Requirements: * Professional Communication: High-level written and verbal English skills with a polished and empathetic tone.

  • Technical Fluency: Comfort navigating modern support platforms, Microsoft 365, and digital collaboration tools.

  • Self-Direction: Proven discipline to manage a support queue independently without needing constant supervision.

  • Service Excellence: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a professional or educational services environment.

  • Detail Orientation: Ability to manage data entry and interaction logging with a high degree of accuracy.
