Driver / Cleaner

We are looking for an individual with a strong reception and administration background to be the face of our offices situated in Fourways

Summary

As a drive, you will be the first point of contact outside of the company premises, responsible for driving the team and equipment to and fro, you will be responsible of making sure all the equipments are packed onto the truck neatly and are in good condition, you will be responsible of following the road guide lines and ensuring everyone arrives to the clients premises on time. You will also assist in deep cleaning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience
• No criminal record
• Should have a police clearance
• Well spoken in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Cleaning experience
• The ideal candidate needs to be neat,professional, and presentable
• Good people skills, good customer service, and strong organisational skills
• Candidate should be confident, able to manage their time and prioritise, and
• Must be attentive and pay attention to detail
• Background in sales is an advatage
• Should be situated in or around Riversands

Responsibilities

• Transport cleaning staff to and from job sites daily.
• Deliver cleaning materials, consumables, and machines.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel usage, and mileage records.

Vehicle Care & Safety

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (tyres, brakes, lights, oil, water).
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and serviced on time.
• Report mechanical problems immediately.
• Adhere strictly to all road traffic laws and company driving policies.

Support to Cleaning Teams

• Assist teams with loading and offloading equipment.
• Help arrange equipment safely to avoid damage.
• Assist with deep cleaning
• Assist with on-site tasks when needed.

Customer Service

• Represent the company professionally at client sites.
• Communicate clearly and politely with clients and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client information.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid SA Driver’s Licence Code 8/B (Code 10/C1 advantage).
• Matric (advantage but not mandatory).
• Police clearance

Experience

• Minimum 5 years driving experience, preferably company
• Expirience transporting staff/equipment is beneficial.

• Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift 15-25 kg equipment

Working hours

• Monday-Friday (7:30-18:00)
• Saturday (7:30-5:00)
• Overtime may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R6 000,00 – R8 000,00 per month
