HR Coordinator

Full job description

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will provide essential support to the Human Resources Director, assisting in a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment eƯorts by posting job openings, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Facilitate employee onboarding and oƯboarding processes, including orientation sessions, document completion, and exit interviews.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and timekeeping as needed. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Coordinate employee training and development programs.

Support performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and performance improvement plans.

Assist with HR reporting, audits, and other administrative tasks.

Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be substituted13 years of experience in HR or administrative support preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft OƯice Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Competencies:
