Daily Responsibilities

In-House Consultations: Engage directly with inbound leads and platform applicants via phone, email, and live chat, delivering professional consultations on Career Start’s training and career preparation services.

Pipeline Enrollment: Guide candidates step-by-step through our digital platform registration, ensuring they select the right training courses and resume-building packages for their goals.

Sales & Target Delivery: Convert platform inquiries into active, premium enrollments, consistently meeting daily and weekly revenue and onboarding targets.

CRM Data Management: Maintain 100% accurate, real-time records of all candidate interactions, profile updates, and subscription statuses within our central database.

Brand Representation: Maintain an impeccable, articulate, and highly encouraging tone that aligns with our brand’s world-class professional standards.
Requirements

Proven Experience: A strong background in target-driven retail sales, cellular sales, or customer-facing consultative roles where you regularly hit performance metrics.
