We are seeking a world-class Virtual Assistant to join our internal operations. This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a high-trust environment as an Administrative Assistant. You will support our brand’s mission of professional growth and success, acting as a lead Administrator for our leadership team to ensure our operations run smoothly every single day.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management: Filter and organize incoming emails, acting as the primary Admin contact to highlight urgent items for leadership.
  • Calendar Coordination: Act as a virtual Receptionist to schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring 100% accuracy with no double-bookings.
  • Document Preparation: Draft professional letters, reports, or presentations based on provided notes to maintain our corporate standards.
  • Digital Organization: Maintain high Office Administrator standards by keeping shared cloud folders tidy, correctly labeled, and easily accessible.
  • Task Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive daily “to-do” list to ensure all operational and Administrative Assistant tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

  • Detail Obsessed: You understand that in a remote environment, precision and high Admin standards are the keys to efficiency.
  • Proactive Thinker: You possess the initiative to identify operational gaps and fill them without needing constant direction.
